Reliance Remodeling was established in December 2006 and still is a family-owned, Limited Liability Partnership. We are proud to be in business and thriving in the Columbus, OH home remodeling market. Brothers and owners, Behrang (Ben) and Behrooz (Bruce) Motamedi, started in the construction and Columbus, OH home remodeling business by investing in small personal projects such as floor refinishing, tile installation and bathroom & kitchen remodeling in Columbus, OH.

Five years after the formulation of the idea for our firm, we are happy to say that we are licensed, bonded and insured general contractors providing personalized designs and outstanding worksmanship for our clients.     Ben oversees the daily operations of the business and conducts all initial client interviews and estimates. As a licensed realtor with a background in architecture he is able to provide sound advice and consultation to our clients.
     
    Behrooz (Bruce) Motamedi

    Owner/Partner

    Since 2005
    Bruce oversees the progress of all projects and day to day performance of the construction team. His background in construction and civil engineering help guarantee the quality of his work.
     
    Golnaz Motamedi

    Design Consultant

    Since 2009
    Golnaz assists customers in the design process. She makes use of her background in design and product development to consult customers in their design decision making process.
